Welcome to O’Neill’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion!
Our intention is to build the Office of DEI with a students-first approach by supporting and celebrating a diverse student body. We believe that students should lead the way: the initiatives we’re developing focus on the interests and needs of students from marginalized groups.
My academic and research background in philosophy, institutional racism, and the experiences of people from marginalized and stigmatized groups provides me with a foundational approach to advocating for transformational change. I want to create a home for students at O’Neill by building community, creating connections, and helping students thrive. I am accountable to students first and foremost and strive to support students in any way I can. My door is always open.
