
Biography
Rocio Suarez serves the O’Neill School as director of student success initiatives, which encompasses strategic recruitment and engagement programs. Since joining the O’Neill School, Suarez launched the Rising Leaders Program, a precollege program for students interested in public service and leadership. She has cultivated multiple strategic admissions partnerships to O’Neill graduate programs. Suarez also oversees Activate O’Neill, a leadership program for students aiming to build community and provide professional development.
Suarez is an IU Bloomington alum with an undergraduate degree from the School of Public Health. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Kelley School of Business. In her limited free time, Suarez enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and watching movies.
