Transform your professional development with LevelUp

LevelUpO’Neill LevelUp is a transformative first-year program designed to accelerate your professional development and help you effectively implement your internship search strategy. LevelUp complements one-to-one coaching and the work you’ll do in the Graduate Career Studio to deliver a comprehensive system of professional support.

Value and impact offered through LevelUp:

You will get access to our Graduate Career Onboarding Canvas site before your first semester. This site will help you implement your goals and refine your career story in a series of online, self-paced modules.

Begin one-to-one meetings with a career coach in the summer—or as soon as you’re admitted—to review your resume and LinkedIn profile and begin thinking about your internship strategy.

You’ll also be able to register for a Career Readiness and Exploration Workgroup (CREW) that will take place during fall or spring semester.

Your orientation program will include a current graduate student panel offering advice and strategies for the internship and job search process and action steps to succeed during the internship.

Your CREW is your smaller cohort that will meet regularly to share experiences, internship leads, and advice to help you stay motivated and informed throughout your internship search process. Together you will do things such as discuss your search strategies, share successes and challenges, practice interview skills, provide feedback on resumes and cover letters, and anything else your CREW needs to stay focused.
