We offer various ways for you to engage with our students and promote your brand
The O’Neill School collaborates with the College of Arts and Sciences on career fairs each semester to introduce you to Hoosier talent. Whether you’re looking to build your brand awareness on our campus or are actively seeking candidates from the best talent pool in the Midwest—our career fairs have something for you! You can look forward to meeting students with a unique combination of studies, skills, and experiences that can help move your organization forward.
Our All-Industry Career & Internship Fair is our largest event typically hosting more than 100 organizations.
Our industry-oriented fairs are purposely limited to 15-20 organizations to provide a more focused environment that fosters connection between students and employers with shared interests and goals. These events include our Consulting Career Fair and our Environmental Career Fair.
Find upcoming events on our calendar and register on Handshake.
Join us in one of our common spaces to engage with our students in between classes. Your organization will be provided with a table, but you should bring a branded tablecloth and any information, refreshments, or swag for students.
There is no change for tabling, however members of our Employer Partnership Program have first choice of dates and times. Tabling is available during the academic year and can be requested by emailing Becca Keough, assistant director of on-campus recruitment, rdeggles@iu.edu.
Let us host you for on-campus interviews! Interview rooms are managed through the Handshake platform. Be sure to select “IU Bloomington” as the school and “O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs Career Hub” as the career center. Let us know how we can best promote your roles and prepare for your visit by emailing Becca Keough, assistant director of on-campus recruitment, at rdeggles@iu.edu.

Alumni, faculty, parents, and other friends of the O’Neill School that are interested in sharing a job or internship with our students without posting the position on the Handshake platform can also email mdredman@iu.edu.
