Biography
Scott Burgins has guided more than 170 community economic and development projects across Indiana, working in most of the state’s 92 counties. Clients include city, county, state, and federal governments, economic development organizations, social service agencies, chambers of commerce, Main Street groups, housing organizations and businesses.
