Scott Jackman joined the O’Neill Undergraduate Program Office in 2006 but has worked at Indiana University for over 20 years. He has had many roles with the university: student, tutor, secretary, computer programmer, administrator, recruiter, instructor, advisor, and researcher; however, he much prefers working to help students learn. Jackman’s undergraduate degrees were in English literature and secondary education, and he worked on his master’s degree at O’Neill in public affairs with a specialized major of applied statistical analysis. His current passions include medieval history, butter toffee nuts, dark chocolate, and gardening.
