Each year, dozens of high-level government officials travel 4,500 miles from Brazil to Indiana for specialized leadership training. O’Neill Professor and Fischer Faculty Fellow Claudia Avellaneda spearheaded the transformative leadership program over a decade ago. The program, now hosted by IU Executive Education, has evolved into a pivotal partnership between IU and Brazil with hopes to expand across Latin America.
