The Indiana University-Seoul National University Global MPA is a unique partnership combining the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs' top-ranked U.S. MPA with one of the top-ranked Social Policy and Administration programs in the world. Together, Indiana University (IU) and Seoul National University (SNU) deliver a powerful, cross-cultural education to those looking to establish a career internationally or to secure a position in foreign affairs.

Interested students will first need to complete at least two semesters at their home institution to be considered for admission to the host institution.

SPEA-V540 Law and Public Affairs (3 credits)
SPEA-F560 Public Finance and Budgeting (3 credits)
SPEA-V506 Statistical Analysis for Effective Decision Making (3 credits)
V506 course requirement will be waived if student completed “Statistical Analysis of Public Administration” at SNU; if waived, student must take an extra 3-credit elective course in the concentration (see below). Please note that a course waiver does not change the total degree credit requirement.
