MPA-MA East Asian Studies

Specialize your MPA with a strong focus in east Asian language and regional studies

Specialize in a region of East Asia by combining language skill and policy expertise. You’ll combine 30 credit hours of language and regional studies from the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies with 36 credit hours of public affairs coursework from the O’Neill School, where you’ll focus on management, policy analysis, and leadership with a concentration of your choice.

Admission and course requirements

Students must separately apply to and be accepted into both the Master of Public Affairs (M.P.A.) program in O'Neill School and the M.A. degree program in East Asian Studies.
