Biography
Megan Starnes has been with the O’Neill School since 2008 and played a major role in growing and administering the Master of Arts in Arts Administration program. She has been in her current role within the Office of the Dean since 2016, where she is primarily responsible for enhancing the student experience at O’Neill. Starnes designs and contributes to initiatives in such areas as diversity, equity, and inclusion; analysis and updates to the school strategic plan; mental health; and all aspects of improving the professional and personal growth of the O’Neill community. She received her Master of Science in Applied Health Science degree from the IU School of Public Health, concentrating in human development and family studies.
