Updates on our progress
For the 2023-24 academic year:
- Created new webpages, blogs, and social media campaigns to highlight our undergraduate curriculum and programming that incorporates high-impact practices, ensuring students will graduate equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to have a successful career.
- Partnered with five educational institutions to offer pathways to O'Neill master's degrees
- Redesigned O’Neill’s undergraduate viewbook to promote value propositions, benefits, and experience of joining the O’Neill School
- Implemented extensive digital ad campaigns to promote benefits, experiences, and outcomes of O’Neill’s master’s degrees
- Increased partnerships with other IU schools to retain graduating students and create a pathway into O'Neill graduate programs through extensive co-authored marketing materials (emails, videos, landing pages)
- Rebranded Career Hub’s career outcomes reporting to increase student participation
- Increased promotion for career services initiatives, including Level Up program, to help students secure job placements
During the 2022-23 academic year:
- Created O’Neill Speaks podcast that highlights thought leadership from our world-renowned faculty and researchers who provide their analysis. It also shows evidence of our faculty’s impact on society and leading positive change.
- Re-envisioned O’Neill Onward, alumni magazine, to highlight faculty research, alumni success stories, and stewardship opportunities
- Staff offices identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess O’Neill’s performance
- Implemented annual performance management and professional development strategy for staff members
- Identified staff counterparts between Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses to strengthen collaboration
