BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs is proud to join the Federal Academic Alliance and partner with the United States Office of Personnel Management to give federal government employees, their spouse, or dependents an opportunity to pursue a graduate education with one of the nation’s premier schools of public affairs.
By joining the Federal Academic Alliance, the O’Neill School aims to support the professional development and career advancement of federal government employees who are interested in pursuing a graduate degree that aligns with their public service values and goals. The arrangement also recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of federal employees’ families by extending the benefits to their spouses and dependents.
Through the Federal Academic Alliance, qualified O’Neill School applicants are eligible to receive an application fee waiver, with admitted students awarded a 25 percent tuition reduction toward their program of choice.

Federal Academic Alliance + O’Neill Partnership recipients must have completed an undergraduate degree and meet O’Neill School admissions requirements.
