Biography
Julia Dessauer’s research broadly focuses on power, labor, and inequality in culture industries. Her research has received support from the National Science Foundation and the Poynter Center for the Study of Ethics and American Institutions. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Virginia.
