Michele Lersch serves as the administrative lead of the MPO, overseeing all enrollment management and current student services initiatives for O’Neill’s master’s degree programs. Michele has held roles in the MPO in O’Neill since 2015. Prior to working in O’Neill, Michele held other student affairs positions on campus and earned her MS Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from IUB.
