Through the O’Neill School - Hudson and Holland Scholars Partnership Program, admitted students are awarded a 25% tuition fellowship benefit toward eligible O'Neill master's programs, in addition to an application fee waiver. If awarded, the 25% tuition fellowship will be in addition to any financial aid previously received through the O'Neill School's Equity Scholars Program, for which HHSP undergraduates are also eligible to apply.

O’Neill School - Hudson and Holland Scholars Partnership Program award recipients must have completed an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and meet O’Neill School admissions requirements:
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated commitment to service
- A record of involvement and leadership on campus or in your community
- Three letters of recommendation
- Personal Statement
- Transcripts from all institutions attended
- Resume
