Tuition fee reduction for O’Neill alumni

The O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs is committed to addressing the most pressing challenges facing current and future generations. If you’re thinking about the future of your career, we’d like to take that next step together. That’s why we’ve created the O’Neill Alumni Graduate Fellowship, which offers exclusive benefits for alumni who want to pursue an O’Neill master’s degree.

Through the fellowship, O’Neill alumni will receive an application fee waiver and a 25% tuition reduction toward their master’s degree program of choice at either the IU Bloomington or IUPUI campus, or online.

Fellowship eligibility requirements

To receive an O’Neill Alumni Graduate Fellowship award, you must have completed a degree from the O’Neill School and meet these admissions requirements:

  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated commitment to service
  • A record of involvement and leadership on campus or in your community
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Personal statement
  • Transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Resume
