The top-ranked O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University is proud to partner with IUB 21st Century Scholars Program to provide benefits for qualified graduates through the IUB 21st Century Scholars + O'Neill Fellowship.

All 21st Century Scholars applicants are eligible to receive an application fee waiver, and qualified members are awarded a 25% tuition fellowship award toward their master's program of choice.

Fellowship eligibility requirements

IUB 21st Century Scholars + O’Neill Fellowship recipients must have completed an undergraduate degree and meet O’Neill School admissions requirements:

  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated commitment to service
  • A record of involvement and leadership on campus or in your community
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Personal statement
  • Transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Resume
  • International test scores, if applicable (TOEFL or IELTS)
