Darbe Allison serves as Director of the Graduate Career Coaching Program and provides personalized coaching and career development support to O'Neill graduate students.

Darbe brings nearly a decade of graduate career services experience, supporting students across diverse academic disciplines, career interests, and professional backgrounds. She holds a master's degree in human resources and is a Certified Professional Executive Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, a globally recognized leader in coach training and leadership development.

Darbe works alongside the faculty and staff who support graduate students every day. This close collaboration allows her to provide highly personalized guidance while maintaining a deep understanding of each student's academic experience, professional goals, and evolving needs.
